A special thanks to my good friend, Adin for the capture featured above.

I love my home. The best restaurants in the county, a thriving arts community, a moderate climate, the gorgeous scenery, an endless selection of craft breweries and some of the most interesting people in the world…, what’s not to like about Portland. I mean, how many people can say that they live in the weirdest city in America? One thing I’ve grown to appreciate more and more as I travel the world, is returning home. Though I’ve traveled more than most, I have yet to encounter a city as culturally diverse and unique as Portland, Oregon. I once read, “Portland is where people come to live differently, in a world that seems new,” and I couldn't agree more. As a Portland native, my home played a large role in shaping the man I am today. I’m so grateful to live in a city that values diversity, inclusivity and community. There’s also no denying Portland has earned the reputation as one of the greenest cities in America. Oregon's wilderness has also had a large impact on my life, which is ultimately where my love for photography first began. Even though my love for landscape and wildlife photography hasn't changed, my experience in photographing my clients' lives helped me discover my passion for capturing the human emotion.
